What are the Everything DiSC® Application Library and the Everything DiSC Classic Trainer Certifications?

Center for Internal Change has arranged for Inscape Publishing (the publishers of DiSC and Everything DiSC) to offer two separate Certifications to our clients to provide certification in Everything DiSC or DiSC® Classic model.

Both Certifications are two-day classroom sessions, held in Minneapolis by Inscape Publishing's own trainers. Your will get an immersion in either the DiSC Classic or Everything DiSC model and research, as well as hands-on experience with the chosen Facilitation Kit. You will create DiSC training solutions for your specific organizational needs. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of the content through various group presentations and a written exam.

Two day Everything DiSC Classic Train-the-Trainer Certificate Training by Inscape Publishing's own trainers and staff. What is the In-Person Everything DiSC Facilitation System Trainer Certification?

Because of the demand for DiSC Certification training Online DISC Profile and Center for Internal Change, Inc. are recommending the in-person Everything DiSC Trainer Certification by Inscape Publishing.

Note: You will be trained by Inscape Publishing's professional in house trainers and staff, not by distributors or someone reading out of a facilitator's manual.

This two-day training experience will be held in Minneapolis and will be conducted by Inscape Publishing, the creator's of Everything DiSC. It will provide an in-depth understanding of DiSC, the Everything DiSC Facilitation System and its many applications. It has been designed to assure that participants are grounded in the newest DiSC research and provides a way demonstrating their level of understand of DiSC. In addition, Everything DiSC Facilitation System Trainer Certification will provide an overview of the entire range of DiSC reports, including the following:
· DiSC Classic 2.0
· DiSC PPSS
· DiSC Supplemental Reports
· DiSC Group Culture Report
· DiSC Facilitator’s Report
This will enable you to use the most appropriate DiSC reports to meet your needs and to get solution-based training outcomes. In addition you will get an understanding of additional and supplemental DiSC reports that can help employees develop better communication and build stronger relationships with co-workers, managers and direct reports.

Why In Minneapolis, MN? So you can be where Inscape Publishing is located and have direct access to Inscape Publishing's in-house training and development staff. You will receive your training from the VP of Training who can drawn upon and bring in Inscape's research and R&D personal as needed during the training. Inscape is planning to utilize the trainers, developers and researchers that have developed and continue to develop DiSC and Everything DiSC. Previously these individuals have only be available to Inscape's distributors.

You will need to bring your Everything DISC Facilitation System to class with you.

We will set up an EPIC Administrator Account because it is the system for delivery of DISC online.

You will have pre-work to complete with DISC Classic and DISC PPSS, two of the online DISC profiles.

Q: Is Certification needed to use DISC Profile tests? No, but it is recommended because of the recent advancements in the DiSC profile, its variations, and various paper and online delivery generated individual and group reports. The center piece of the training is the Everything DISC Facilitation System, which is based on new 2004 and 2005 research as opposed to much of the decades old of faulty information and folklore what does not stand up to current research methodologies. Everything DISC is the most comprehensive DISC training and facilitation system ever offered to the public by Inscape Publishing (formerly Carlson Learning Company and before that Performax). and based on new research on both DiSC and Adult learning. It is comprehensive, intuitive and user friendly.

Q: What do I need to do to prepare for the training?
A. You will need to bring, or we will ship it for you, the Everything DISC Facilitation System to the training with you. Prior to the training we will set up online EPIC Administrator Account for you so you can deliver DiSC online. You will need to complete with DISC Classic 2.0 and DISC PPSS, two of the online DISC profiles and bring your results.

The material for your 2 day program is the entire Everything DISC System:
The Manual, The Everything DISC DVD, PowerPoint with presentation materials, Course Outlines, History, Research, the original DISC Theory Model of William Moulton Marston, DISC Applications (where do you use DiSC in its many forms), the online EPIC Client system for administration of DISC Classic and DISC PPSS, DISC paper profiles, QuikDisc cards, people reading cards. And more...

Q: What will be covered in the two days?
A. DISC, Everything DISC, and EPIC (Electronic Profile Information Center), not in a lecture format, but in a practicum, the experiential mode most conducive to learning. You will know DISC when you finish the two days. More importantly you will know when and how to use the best DISC Tools available. You will learn when to use DISC in its paper versions and various online versions to achieve solution-based learning outcomes.

Q: What's the most important thing for me to do?
A: Register early. Class size is small and available on a first come, first served basis. We will be covering a lot and you will appreciate the individual attention. You also have class pre-work, we have to set up and let you practice with your EPIC account, and you have to have received and reviewed briefly your Everything DISC Facilitation System Manual and Everything DISC DVD.

DISC Certification usually means a "test" follows your training. We don't like to give tests. You don't like to take them. We won't be giving a test. Instead we want you to receive the training in a DISC Train The Trainer program that meets YOUR needs. We will train you to use DiSC with participants. We will train you to train other facilitators.

When the Everything DISC Facilitation System was introduced in 2004, it was the first complete DISC trainer system ever developed with today's technology. In less than a year it has doubled in size and continues to grow! The manual is a bit daunting when it arrives in your office. It's huge. It's "epic". To help you, we have created a national schedule, a two day curriculum, so that your internal implementation of Everything DISC and your EPIC Administrator Client account is easy.
