Exchanges & Returns
Online profiles, access codes, EPIC credits or
online courses cannot be refunded. Center for Internal Change, Inc. accepts
limited returns of physical products purchased if they
are returned to Center for Internal Change, Inc. within 14 days and the product has remained undamaged and is
in perfect (new) condition. If the item has been opened or
damaged, and/or it is past 14 days of purchase, we will not
accept the product for any exchange or refund. If there is a
refund a restocking fee will be charged to cover our
handling, merchant account fees, restocking and labor of 20%
or $15, which ever is more, plus shipping.
If a product
is received damaged we will gladly replace it with the same
product and cover your return shipping and if we make a
mistake we will immediately correct it and send you the
correct product |
